What are check-in and check-out times?

Check in is at 3pm and Check out is at 11am. Upon request, we may be able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out.

How many guests can each room accommodate?

Each room sleeps two, with a maximum of two visitors.

Can I bring my children?

I’m afraid not, we are a grownups only hotel.

What is booking cut-off time?

Please note, we are unable to accept same-day reservations after 10pm

What are the Reception opening hours?

7am to 10pm. We offer 24-hour check-in, please get in contact with reception if arriving after 10pm for access details.

What time do the atrium lounges close?

The atrium lounges close at 10pm, this avoids any noise disturbing other guests’ stay.

Is there car parking?

Yes, we have 18 onsite car spaces that are available to be added to your booking at a nightly rate (subject to availability). Max height for car entry is 2.4m, sorry no large campervans.

I have a special occasion, how can Ebb help?

We have bottles of Mumm Champagne that can be left in your room on ice to surprise loved ones. Give us a call to bounce other ideas to see how can make your stay special.

Are there gym facilities?

Yes, we have partnered with our neighbor Jetts Gym, all guests receive complimentary access.
We have also partnered with Well and Being, they provide yoga, pilates, sauna, massage, and cold baths, guest can book direct with them at an additional cost.

What’s the easiest way to get to the hotel from the airport?

You can take a taxi from the airport, or we can arrange pick up via a taxi company. If you’re in a hire car, follow the state highway into the city.

Can I book multiple rooms?

Yes, please call us and we can arrange.

Are rooms accessibility friendly?

Yes, we have two rooms that are accessible, we call these luxurious rooms Universal as they are for everyone.

Do you offer roll away beds?

No sorry, the maximum number of guests per room is 2 people for classic, universal and superior rooms and 4 people for the 2-bedroom suite.

Do you have cots available for use?

No, because the hotel is for grownups only.

How do I change or cancel my booking?

Please email or call us to change your booking.

Do rooms have TV?

All rooms have Samsung Art Series televisions, with Netflix, Spotify, Spark Sport and TV on demand.

Do rooms have Wi-Fi?

All rooms have free Wi-Fi.

Is there a guest linen service?

Yes, our laundry partner Preens has a pick-up and drop-off overnight service, you can enquire at reception or call 03 471 6727 to order over the phone or order and pay online via www.preens.co.nz
