What are check-in and check-out times?

Check in is at 3pm and Check out is at 11am. Upon request, we may be able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out.

How many guests can each room accommodate?

Each room sleeps two, with a maximum of two visitors.

Can I bring my children?

I’m afraid not, we are a grownups only hotel.

What is booking cut-off time?

Please note, we are unable to accept same-day reservations after 9 pm

What are the Reception opening hours?

7am to 9pm. We offer 24-hour check-in, please get in contact with reception if arriving after 9pm for access details.

What time do the atrium lounges close?

The atrium lounges close at 10pm, this avoids any noise disturbing other guests’ stay.

Is there car parking?

Yes, we have 19 onsite car spaces that are available to be added to your booking at a nightly rate (subject to availability). Max height for car entry is 2.4m, sorry no large campervans.

I have a special occasion, how can Ebb help?

We have bottles of Mumm Champagne that can be left in your room on ice to surprise loved ones. Give us a call to bounce other ideas to see how can make your stay special.

What’s the easiest way to get to the hotel from the airport?

You can take a taxi from the airport, or we can arrange pick up via a taxi company. If you’re in a hire car, follow the state highway into the city.

Can I book multiple rooms?

Yes, please call us and we can arrange.

Are rooms accessibility friendly?

Yes, we have two rooms that are accessible, we call these luxurious rooms Universal as they are for everyone.

Do you have cots available for use?

No, because the hotel is for grownups only.

How do I change or cancel my booking?

Please email or call us to change your booking.

Do rooms have TV?

All rooms have Samsung Art Series televisions, with Netflix, Spotify, Spark Sport and TV on demand.

Do rooms have Wi-Fi?

All rooms have free Wi-Fi.

Are there gym facilities?

No, but Hot Yoga is just around the corner, or there’s a gym next door.

Whats your Covid policy?

Proof of Covid-19 vaccination is required of all guests

Ebb Dunedin wants to ensure the safety and comfort of all its team members and guests. Part of this requires reducing the risk of infection from Covid-19. To minimise these risks for both us and you our guests, Ebb Dunedin requires that all guests and visitors to the property provide proof of vaccination prior to or on arrival at the hotel, this also includes Ebb Cafe. Guests and visitors who cannot produce proof of vaccination will have their reservations cancelled. Guests and visitors who claim they are not able to take the vaccine for medical reasons must produce a medical certificate to verify this claim. We are doing the same to protect you by ensuring all team members of Ebb Dunedin are vaccinated.

The Covid-19 ‘Traffic Light’ levels imposed by the Government carry recommendations or requirements for mitigation measures such as the wearing of masks in public and social distancing. It is a further requirement that all guests and visitors scan the Ministry of Health QR code upon entry to our premises.

Should you experience any Covid-19 related symptoms during your visit, you should immediately bring this to our attention, this is to be done via phone or the in-house messaging system. You are not to visit reception and we recommend you seek advice from Health Line and adhere to Ministry of Health guidance.
